About Balancing Hats

Balancing Hats was born when our founder saw how brilliant entrepreneurs struggle when they’re pulled in too many directions.

Most entrepreneurs start a business to do the work they’re good at. Then they also become the leader, the salesperson, the marketer, the administrator, and the bookkeeper. That’s six hats on one person, and the work gets whatever time is left.

That’s where Balancing Hats comes in. We help solopreneurs and small business owners take hats off, so you can stop juggling and start growing. We take on the operations and day-to-day work that’s eating your time: the processes, the systems, and the follow-through. That way you can get back to the work only you can do.

You can’t wear every hat. And you shouldn’t have to.

Team

Deloreen has a background in Operations, Implementation, Process Improvement, and AI-driven Automation. Her zone of genius? Taking messy workflows and turning them into clean, repeatable, optimized systems.

Octavius is our reminder of what happens when you wear too many hats. He’s much happier now that we’ve taken a few off.
